Elderly population, raised serum creatinine, liver cirrhosis, steroid abuse, pre-operative shock, American Society Anesthesiologists (ASAs) grade were identified factors poor post-operative prognosis. area under curve prediction 0.947 score. Conclusion: Poor outcome significantly higher elderly, with ASA. proved be more precise indicator A larger inclusive other models would help formulate accurate specific scoring system.
